Collection: Pressure Vessels

A pressure vessel system holds any resin type to ensure the water treatment process occurs thoroughly. Resin is poured into the vessel to approx. ¾ full to ensure the resin does not get compacted and to allow for any resin expansion.

The water is introduced from the inlet at the top, travels through the resin bed – sized large enough to allow for the required contact time between water and resin for the process to occur effectively.

The treated water then passes through the bottom screen (this prevents resin coming through into the treated water), the water travels up the riser tube and out the head at the top.
